Done-For-You Web Site Copy

This is the answer to the dreaded question: Who’s gonna write the website? It’s a big, gross, stress-oozing problem for you but a fun, exciting, adventure for me.

  • Entire site copy, including 2 full revisions and final proofreading.
  • Collaboration with branding team to ensure copy supports brand voice, tone, and parameters.
  • Copy edit of any boilerplate or static, pre-existing elements for consistency, grammar, sense, etc.
  • Development/delivery of a style guide in the absence of a pre-existing one.
  • Collaboration with design team to ensure copy is supported by design (or vice versa if we’re working backward from design).
  • Strategic UX/UI feedback, from wireframes to dev site.
  • Checklist for copy that will require regular/future updates (for example: if you’re rebranding but new email domain isn’t in place, all email listings/buttons (and their locations on site); if you’re in the process of a reorg as well, job titles will need to be updated).
  • All necessary interviews, research, review of collateral, meetings, invoicing, contract creation, and communication, including phone calls, telepathy, and sandwich boards.
